ELA Victoriei has started to take shape since we noticed that there are many socially active people, who work in companies, have families, children or are in a couple and who want to have a quality standard of living, but not to give up near the center, vital point on the map of each of them.

This is the first residential project completed under the ELA umbrella. A successful project, through which every promise made to the future owners was fulfilled and the quality of construction, finishes and equipment rose to the level of expectations.
