The office building "33 Central Street Offices", in the exclusive district of Bucharest, Dorobanti, - is another project in the capital that captures the value we give to modern and elegant design, functionality and durability of a building.

We focus on efficiency and low energy consumption, and this is evidenced by a certificate obtained by our project, which introduces 33 Central Street Offices in Class A of office buildings and green buildings.

The decision to use only natural materials - a direction consistently pursued even in the interior design - aims to obtain an elegant, minimalist, timeless image, sheltered from decorative or high-tech excesses. In the reception area, marble plywood, white Corian furniture, natural wood slatted ceilings and linear natural muscle bands interact with the Skin Copper slate background, applied in the same plane, including the three doors in the perimeter walls.

The glass display case on the main façade is the main part of the ground floor, with a length of 5 m, a height of 3 m, two laminated glass sheets 20 and 16 mm thick and a weight of 1.5 tons, designed to ensure total transparency between the interior and the pedestrian road Dorobanţilor.
